DESCRIPTION:The Continuing Education is a course for active\, independent dealers in North Carolina only. The course fulfills the 6-hour annual training requirement mandated by the North Carolina DMV with discussions based on Federal requirements\, including Red Flags\, GLB legislation\, Risk-Based Pricing\, and OFAC\, among others.**Attendees MUST have a working camera & microphone. We need to be able to see and hear you.**Class Schedule: DAY 1: We will send out the Zoom link the morning of the class. The session will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. If you log on late\, you may be refused admission. The class will end at 5:00 PM. DAY 2: We will send a Zoom link\, and the class will start promptly at 9:00 AM. The class will end at 1:00 PM. You must be present during the entire class on both days to qualify for and receive your certificate of completion. If you leave early or for extended periods\, you will not get a certificate! Our trainers have decades of expertise in the automotive industry\, providing in-depth training focused on compliance with state and federal regulations governing Independent Auto Dealers.
